Around the 17th of each month, I write and record a Monthly Intuitive Message, called the MIM for short, which is available to subscribers in audio and text form. The MIM is both a message and a ‘poem’ that acts as a powerful guide and compass to help you navigate the energy and vibration of the month ahead in the most productive way possible. It doesn’t work through your understanding of the words, it works through transmission. It works through what I pass on to you, which is why it is sometimes much easier to pick up the transmission from the sound of my voice, and not from simply reading the page. Align, go deeper, encompass another dimension, that’s what the MIM is about. It’s also a way for me to send healing energy to you.
You can listen to or read the MIM each month as often as you like to help stimulate your creativity, deepen your meditation, gain clarity, and address challenges. I think you’ll be surprised at what it says to you – often something different to each person – and at what it can do for you.
Energy Link Up
MIM subscribers have the opportunity to connect with each other on the ‘Energy Link Up’ which happens every Sunday at 8pm UK time. There is no internet or telephone connection necessary. Wherever you are in the world, sit quietly, listen to and contemplate or meditate on the MIM for as long as feels comfortable, with the support of a wider group.
My new Praying Together sessions evolve from and take the place of the Sunday evening ‘Energy Link Up’ time which we have followed for many years – but everyone is welcome to link up at the prayer time, whether you choose to receive the Prayer itself or not.

In The Real World – MIM – 17th March 2026
Hello,
It is very good to be connecting with you again.
Many factors are bombarding us at the moment—sometimes chaos seems unending. It is indeed a tumultuous time, but above all, I am aware of a sense of unreality that often surrounds us.
Some of what I hear, and some of the events crashing into reality, are almost unbelievable. Could this really be being said? Is this really happening? How have we, how have I (sometimes), reached this place? Our so-called world leaders, or simply leaders, sometimes seem to descend to depths of self-interest or dogma beyond imagining. The echo chambers on all sides trap us in tunnels of mutually incompatible messages. Truth seems a thin vapor—remember the many seminars we have worked on comparing Absolute and Relative Truth for more than 25 years?
Well, at those moments there are some crucial facts to remember too. There are good people. There are people working for the true good of humanity, who understand depth and complexity, who are not driven by dogma or religious fervour, or by desire for power or money. Those who can hold many different facts or perspectives, and still embrace Truth and Love. You may not recognize them immediately, but they are there.
Do not despair—good exists. And then, there is something else perhaps even more important to hold to. Good exists on the outside, and it exists, it grows and flourishes within you, if you allow it. The Real World is the inner world. The inner world is the spectrum through which you view and negotiate the outer world. Embracing the good within yourself is your strongest tool for negotiating the rapids and the rocks of the outside.
In the inner world right now, there is much that is positive and a deep source of sustenance. Much is stirring there. Open your heart to the Real World. Let go of the horrors of the outside world while you draw strength from the Real World, the inner world, where your hopes and dreams are born, where your Truth resides, to allow you to turn back into the work of the everyday, and the outside universe where we must all toil and offer our Love.
This month’s MIM is called ‘In The Real World,’ and it urges you—I urge you—to look to your inner world and the events there where joy, creativity, and Love are building in you.
So here is “In the Real World”.
