My work is my way of offering my Truth: that is the deepest, most profound Truth that I can access. I work with my clients for the benefit of their personal evolution from all the levels that I’m able to reach. My reach is unusual, and has dramatically extended over the years, since the 1990’s when it exploded in an entirely unsought dark night of the soul that I describe in my book The Pool of Memory, The Autobiography of an Unwilling Intuitive.
The work I was propelled into was certainly not something I planned or sought, but rather had thrust on me. Since its inception it has developed and deepened, finding expression in many forms while holding very closely to the initial channelled guidance I received. This guidance came in a series of talks which I delivered called, “The Line of the Light”. Over the years, I have developed an ever more profound adherence to the world within, with a set of Values forming part of the non-negotiable core of my work.
My career began as a successful BBC, later Channel 4, current affairs journalist with little experience of the so-called spiritual environment. After the transformational experience that The Pool of Memory describes, I worked as a hands-on healer before progressing into my role as an intuitive, and then slowly acknowledging my path as a spiritual teacher.
In a parallel process that started a little while after The Pool of Memory was published and continued for many years, I worked as an international mentor for a wide range of highly accomplished individuals. I mentored multinational professionals, lawyers, Creatives including rock stars, entrepreneurs, media professionals, academics, senior medics and a host of others. The topics we covered ranged from high-level negotiations, business strategy, leadership, and succession issues to highly personal topics, including relationships and spiritual development.
My clients come from all backgrounds, including those with religious beliefs and those with none. Equally, I work with those who have a sophisticated understanding or practice of energy and those who have no experience of those ideas or practices.
Then, more than twenty years later, I turned away from my mentoring role to concentrate specifically on my work as a spiritual teacher and intuitive. Increasingly, the state of our world bore down on me. My spiritual lens, as always, considered both the inside and the outside. And the outside included our political realities, however uncomfortable that view.
Today I offer individual readings to clients to help them become their most whole and complete selves expanding their understanding and integration. I also work with groups, again in an intuitive capacity, always aiming at personal evolution including spiritual growth, with a central emphasis on values. Throughout, I have been a teacher with many hours of seminars and lectures creating a huge archive of material.
My first public teachings were a series of channelled talks in the 1990’s entitled “The Line of the Light”. They were hugely surprising to me, and still core to my work. Since then, I have continued to offer teachings that embrace both esoteric and more familiar subjects. Some have been highly structured like the series of Seminars I gave at Penn State medical school on implementing and understanding the mechanics of energy in their work. The Core Curriculum series (1-3) was an advanced set of courses for professionals and those wanting to experience my ideas around energetic and spiritual development. My ad hoc teachings have included a series of special calls dedicated to healing: “Heal Yourself, Heal Our World”, and a talk about my response to, and perspective on the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic early in 2020.
More recently, as well as running high-level online groups (one of which has run continuously since 2010), I also publish a weekly post on Substack, with articles addressing a wide range of contemporary issues as well as exploring my teachings on energy and much more.
Now, as the world drowns in false news, misinformation and disinformation, prayer has become increasingly and vitally important to me and I have started offering Praying Together: a twice-monthly virtual prayer session, and opportunity to connect with me energetically, with a monthly prayer written and recorded by me that is sent to members of the group.
For the last twenty years or so, I’ve also written and recorded a Monthly Intuitive Message (MIM). It comes in the shape of a poem along with an explanatory paragraph. It’s a way for me to send healing energy to subscribers and acts as a compass to navigate the energy of the month ahead.

I have and do work with people from all around the world. Over the years I have led teaching retreats in many places including the UK, USA, Canada, France, Spain and Jordan.
An important part of my work is meditation. Many years ago, I devised the Life Energy Activation Process (LEAP) meditation, a unique form of meditation fundamentally different to the widespread idea of meditation and mindfulness. The core difference is that it gives practitioners access to their deeper dimensions and helps to reveal and release the blocks in their lives in a very particular way. There is a bi-monthly online meditation group primarily for those following my work.
Finally, there is also another way in which I offer my energy. It is very dear to my heart. Visual Art has always been important to me, my paintings are another way of transmitting my energy. In painting, my aim is to offer a finer vibration, just as I try to do in teaching, and to help enable the viewer to penetrate another dimension of being, as well as to simply enjoy the paintings. I’m sometimes told that they are powerful tools or energy transmitters.
As well as this, I am the devoted mother of two successful children, now adults of course, and grandmother to five. Within my work, the clients and students I connect with are part of my Values Family. Irrespective of our birth families, we all share the aim of adhering to the fundamental values that underpin my work and include the importance of respecting difference, the nature of truth, and interconnection which ultimately binds all our fates together and transcends any hierarchy or bid for supremacy.
I am the author of three books specifically in this area, including The Pool of Memory, The Autobiography of an Unwilling Intuitive; Spiritual Intelligence: Awakening the Power of Your Spirituality and Intuition, a guide to allowing the spiritual dimension into everyday life; and Meditation: Path to the Deepest Self, a guide to Meditation and much more.
Sometimes clients are drawn to working with me without really knowing why but perhaps feeling something vital lacking in their lives, others have a clear idea of what they’d like to address. It makes no difference why you come to me, I do my best to offer all I can when we connect.
