Meditation - LEAP
A great way to work on your energy is to practice my unique energetic meditation. This is called LEAP — life energy awareness practice. By working with LEAP, you’ll begin to properly open, develop and condition your chakras and energy bodies. You can learn LEAP by experiencing it directly — either by attending a special workshop with me, or by using my cd or a simple download of a special LEAP meditation.
Retreats are where we can most accelerate our evolution and development.
the more you have practiced LEAP, and the more you have studied the principles of energy, the more you will gain from the retreat experience.
My own teaching process is very intuitive and artistic. it is similar to painting an impressionist painting. I first apply some colors, then I apply others. At some stage shapes appear, form appears. Then suddenly we are all seeing a pond with lilies. With sustained personal practice and transmissions from my energy, you will realize one day that your perspectives are shifting. The colors will become shapes, and the shapes will have meaning.You will see a new world, and a new way of living in it.
You will be making the LEAP.
