Individual Mentoring & Leadership Development Endorsements
Most introductions come to me through personal recommendations. My clients are often highly placed individuals in times of transition, or growth, or challenge who want and need confidentiality. To ensure and emphasize this, we sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before commencing work.
Also, clients in corporations will often contract to work with me as individuals rather than through their corporations, because they want the further privacy that this relationship affords. As a result, I do not emphasize collecting endorsements from them. My emphasis is on confidentiality.
However, for potential new clients, especially those who find me without the benefit of a personal introduction, I am very glad to provide appropriate references from agreeable existing or former clients.
